Throughout this varied arena of experience, my search has always been to maximize my potential and that of my team by bringing out the best in every individual. This led me to join International Coach Federation to become a certified Personal/Professional Coach. I use an inside-out approach to integrate spiritual and material paths to create success for my clients. I am a licensed facilitator for Franklin Covey’s Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, Myers Briggs Type Indicator, DDI Management Training, Team Spirit and Emotional Intelligence.

While coaching, I noticed one common trait in my clients- they did not see their own greatness due to their limiting beliefs about themselves. Through divine intervention, I was led to Dr. Bruce Lipton and Robert Williams. I was instantly drawn to PSYCH-K™ , developed by Rob Williams, because it provides a user friendly way to "rewrite" the negative life-long beliefs in a safe, quick and fun way! I was honored when Rob Williams selected me to be one of the thirty certified trainers in the country.

PSYCH-K™ is truly a missing piece in my life. It felt like I came home at the end of a long search! My inner knowing always told me that knowledge, college degrees or corporate success do not bring peace and fulfillment by themselves. As a leadership trainer and facilitator in personal and professional growth, I found that training alone does not bring about core transformation needed for sustainable change. It gives me great joy to share this powerful tool with individuals and corporations to achieve their highest potential.

I am passionate about bringing Spirituality into the corporate world by facilitating individuals discover and embrace their inner Truth . I use an array of tools that I have acquired to enhance productivity and joy with individuals and teams. I draw my strength through daily meditation, yoga, my faith in Supreme Energy and my friends and family.
